You need a physical: It sounds like you need to have a physical exam with your physician. What has previously been diagnosed may now be angina pectoris, and if you are experiencing chest pain you need an urgent evaluation with your doctor and a referral for a stress test where they can evaluate the safety of your exercise regimen and evaluate and treat any exertional dyspnea. Go for a physical and get a cardiology ref
