i have terrible pain from sleeping on a small hair wrap that was in my hair. my head hurts so bad, my eyes hurt and hurt to focus on something, and i feel sick to my stomach. what can i do for this? is it possible to get a concussion from that?

Probably not: Definition of concussion includes being unconscious from the impact.  Injury mechanism of cork hitting eye unlikely to create enough impact for the brain to shut down temporarily.

Raccoon eyes ?: Basilar skull fracture can give you one or two black eyes. We sometimes refer to this as raccoon eyes.  I would get a ct of the brain with bone windows and attention to the skull base if you are still having symptoms.

Seek evaluation: Very well could be suffering the effects of concussive brain injury (look up mild traumatic brain injury).  Loss of consciousness is not correlated well with outcomes from these types of brain injury, but was used decades ago as an arbitrary segregation of severity.  See a neurological specialist for evaluation.

eyes misaligned(left crossed) when focusing, or relaxed. 2 yrs ago hit frontal bonecorner of wall. there was bleeding, no concussion. possible link?

Yes can be linked: Head injuries are 1 of the most overlooked causes of ocular misalignments &amp; motility abnormalities. You may have had a concussion without realizing it. Concussion does not require loss of consciousness for the brain to have suffered damage. You should see a doctor for the potential concussion (e.g. neurologist) &amp; a neuro-ophthalmologist for the crossed eye condition. Repair may be possible.

: A concussion is a closed head injury causing loss of consciousness, amnesia, or both.  You obviously do not meet any of the criteria.  However, you may have developed a neck strain.

Yes, but -: There are many causes, some mild (sinusitis) and some severe. If it persists see a doc! If you have had a concussion you should have already seen a doc!

Pupillary reaction: If the pupillary reaction is totally normal that means there is no herniation of parts of the brain due to trauma and pressure.

Yes: A concussion is similar to a bruise of the brain, and it can cause it to temporarily lose the ability to keep both eyes working together.  If the double vision is constant, you should be evaluated by an eye doctor or general doctor.

is it okay to have your eyes dialated a month or 2 after a server concussion or will it cause concussion symptoms to come back?

No problem: Dilation will not cause any problems related to a concussion.
