Normal structure: A concha bullosa is an air cell in the middle turbinate of the lateral wall of the nose.  It only causes symptoms if it becomes infected along with other sinuses.  If the cat scan demonstrates an air containing concha bullosa, it is of no physiological significance.  Surgical opening of the concha bullosa is only effective if it is obstructing the lateral wall of the nose and blocking the sinus.

Nose: Steam, saline spray and OTC decongestants for a few days should help a lot. You should give your surgeon a call as well

Nasal Polyps: The nasal choncha or turbinates are normal anatomic structures that swell up and down with allergies, viruses and infections and are sometimes mistaken for polyps wich are abmormal growths in suseptible peple with severe infecitons or allergies. Normal variant: Concha bullosa is a normal variation where air is present in the bones of the nasal cavity (turbinates). Usually there is no need to remove this, unless it gets very big and causes obstruction. In that case this would have to be done surgically.

Difficullt to say: I recommend you see your primary doc or an ENT specialist. While your symptoms may be directly related to your ear, other issues in the head and neck can cause pain to refer to your ear.

Sinus or tooth....: Given the  short description of symptoms, several  possibilities come to mind.  You could have an ear or sinus infection that is referring pain to your tooth.  Or you could have toothache that is referring pain to your ear .  Best to see your md or dds to rule out either or both.  An xray of your tooth is needed.
