Please forgive my harshness -- there are ideologues who will tell you that "everyone is an addict" and "if you say you are not, that proves you are." Real drug abusers are secretive because it is illegal and something to be ashamed of. Many people favor drug decriminalization and treating it as a medical problem - IDK.

If no place to run: Trying to get away from a shooter? Your first choice should be to run. But if the shooter is blocking the exit, or is near you, then hiding is your second best choice. Find a room if possible, and lock or barricade the door. Turn out the lights. Remain quiet.

Meds and fertility: I don't know what cerelle is, but chronic and or heavy use of Codeine or any narcotic can affect fertility by suppressing gonadotropins from the hypothalamus and pituitary - thereby affecting the ovaries.   I always tell young women that it is best to be on the lowest amount of medications possible for fertility and pregnancy.

Give her space: It is hard to answer because there are no details so this is in general. Sometimes we are so close to someone that the boundaries are blurred. Where does my sister start and i stop? As we grow and mature the boundaries become more defined and it can hurt because we feel like are loosing control. There are things that a good loving sister may not want to share with her brother. She has that right.

HIDA scan: Is a nuclear medicine test that evaluates the gallbladder, bile ducts, and liver.  Pictures are taken after a special dye is injected into a vein.  The patient may be given a fatty meal.

Sometimes: You may feel a little discomfort when the medication is initially injected, but then the worst discomfort comes from having to lie still for an hour.  If the dye does not get o the small intestine in that time, another medicine is often used to stimulate the gallbladder to contract.  This can also cause some cramping and discomfort...But usually it is very mild.

Not at all: Hida is a very safe study. There are no adverse effects from the radiotracer and you receive less than half the radiation dose you get from a typical ct scan. If they use Kinevac (cck) you may experience abdominal discomfort or nausea, although these effects are more pronounced following rapid infusion which most center don&#x27;t use these days.
