Too close to call...: It depends on the sensitivity of the screening test.  It also depends on your overall health, condition of your liver and whether or not other drugs are competing for metabolism. In general, the shorter acting benzodiazepines are cleared from the body within 3-5 days. Barring any additional use of Ativan, (lorazepam) your test has a slightly greater possibility of being negative. It's really too close to call

Probably not: I can't find any reports showing that tests for narcotics could be positive taking dextromorphan in low doses, but if a test was extremely sensitive, it might.  Try being safe by switching to another OTC cough medicine

NO: A drug screen is a preliminary test that is sometimes part of a "drug test".  Usually any positives in the screen are sent to a lab for further testing.

: It depends on what you mean by a regular drug test screening. 
If the drug testing is part of Federal Mandate screening for specific jobs such as the FAA, trucking, pipeline workers, railroad workers or maritime workers the answer is NO, nicotine is not tested for.  
If you are being tested by an insurance company for life insurance the answer is YES. They routinely look for smokers

About a week: Urine test may be positive for a week or so in a chronic user, from the last date of use. See this site for more info.

i may have to pass a drug test on monday and took a percocet on thursday night will i pass? i don't take them on a regular and have a healthy diet, but don't workout and sweat much.

Depends: On whether the Percocet was prescribed, for one thing. If you have a prescription, they cannot "fail" you on a test, unless it is a safety-sensitive position (like a bus driver) where you cannot take those meds without clearance. A single use of oxycodone will usually result in a positive test for 2-3 days, so you may test positive. Working out and sweating are irrelevant.

From the last dose: It is one week from the last pill you took. Also it will not show up on a three panel test for opiates.
