Complicated: Your question is very complicated and your descriptions are not entirely clear.  I would ask your doctor to read your ultrasounds and let you know the findings.  If you had a yolk sac, that's a good sign.  If you have a didelphys uterus, then of course you already know there can be more complications with that.  Ask doctor for reading and clarification though.

Baseline: This is mostly for baseline evaluation of uterus and ovaries. Typically uterine lining would be thin as it is being shed and ovaries will not have any growing large follicles that can be potentially confused with cysts. Also, if undergoing fertility treatment, this allows for decision making prior to initiating fertility therapy.

The : The short answer here is to tell your doctor about this pain and request a pelvic ultrasound. You could very well be dealing with an ovarian cyst(s). They can often cause pain around the time of your period. Also you could be dealing with uterine fibroids (benign tumors of the utreus). These will also cause pain around the time of your cycle. 
Make sure you get a pelvic ultrasound.

pelvic ct reports says "atrophic vs surgically absent uterus."i had total hysterectomy 10yrs ago.rn says "this implies radiologist didn't see uterus".considering the def of atrophy does that make sense or do i need to keep fighting for image re-read?

: There is nothing to "keep fighting for". Accept the interpretation and advice of the RN. Your uterus is gone. It is conceivable that a severely atrophic uterus would be so small it could not be seen, and the radiologist was just being careful to cover that possibility in case you had not had the hysterectomy.

with my 1st labor my uterus callapsed and turned inside out im currently pregnant with my 2nd child what is the chances of this happening and me surviving?

Uterine inversion: A uterine inversion is a very rare event and must be treated quickly. It is possible to happen again especially if there is a congenital weakness. It is much more likely that it would not happen again. It will be important that you let your doctor know that this happened and they can be prepared.  As an 18 year old hopefully u will wait b4 having your 2nd. See doc for birth control.

Peritoneal fluid: It is normal for a small amount of peritoneal fluid to rest in the most gravitationally  dependent part of the pelvis behind the uterus. If there is a small "lake" in that location, other medical concerns are in play.

"Lost in space": The uterus is supported by ligaments that allow it to be moveable in space and not fixed in a certain position forever. That is the "flip side" of your question.

Thin lining: Hello, it sounds like your uterus is normal in size (2.6 x 4.8) and the endometrial lining is thin (5mm), there is fluid in the uterus and you are having abnormal bleeding?  Bleeding in the setting could be caused by a problem with your hormones, for example if you are not ovulating consistently. It could also be caused by a physical problem with the uterus, such as a small polyp.  Check with gyn.

Get checked out: Pain in the left lower abdomen can be from many different causes. Left ovary torsion, left fallopian tube disease, descending colon, sigmoid colon, left inginual or femoral hernia, pid, uterine fibroid are all possibilities.
