No: "cold" refers to upper respiratory tract viral infections which can also involve head sinuses and nasal passages. Bladder infections due to bacteria or viruses result in cystitis not a bladder "cold".

i see blood in my urine after the urine is done but not with urine after the urine i have like a drop. red urine that is about 2 days and i have pain when i complete the urine is all done  and  i think i have cold and inflamaition in bladder right!?

Blood in urine: Since the blood is seen at the end of the urination, the blood isn't from the urethra and could be from inflammation/infection of the  the prostate or from inflammation/infection or a growth in the urinary bladder. I believe all men who experience blood in the urine 
for the first time should be evaluated by a urologist. At your age a tumor would be unlikely and invasive testing may not be advised

Weird symptoms: What you're describing is not characteristic of most cycles. I cannot give you an answer for sure . You should keep track of this and see if it's consistent and persistent. It is really bothersome and associated always with menses, then you can always see a gynecologist regarding supression of menses.

Treatment.....: As far as the cough is concerned, it will likely resolve once the cold resolves as most colds are due to viral infections which will resolve on its own. If the cough persists after the cold is gone, bronchospasm could be part of the problem and that would require a doctor's visit since the treatment would consist of bronchodilator inhalers +/- steroid inhalers. No: Over the counter AZO or cold preparations may ease some of the pain/discomfort symptoms associated with a urinary tract infection but do nothing to treat the infection, which may become systemic and lead to sepsis in the long run.  It is important that you see a doctor and get started on an antibiotic and have a urine culture to confirm infection and effective antibiotic regimens.

i had a cystectomy in 2013...no bladder and i wear a urostomy bag at all times. i have flu like symptons...body aches, left side hurts worse, get hot and cold and when i empty my bag the urine is thick and a little cloudy?

: The question is whether the urostomy bag contains crystal sediment,mucus buildup or pyuria, a sign of bacteria build up. If it's pyuria from bacteria, is it just colonization with one or more bacteria species or is it a symptomatic infection? In view of your symptoms, I suspect a urinary tract infection &amp; you should call your MD for instructions, testing&amp; begin antibiotics until results are back.

my gp prescribed me ranmoxy 500 capsules for a cold and bladder infection,  is this safe to use at 4 weeks of pregnancy?

Should be quite safe: Animal reproduction studies have failed to demonstrate a risk to the foetus but there are no adequate and well controlled studies in pregnant women. Amoxicillin, unless you are allergic to penicillin derivatives, should be OK during pregnancy.
