is it actually harmful to have cold hands/feet, or just annoying?

Mostly annoying: It could represent reynaud's phenomonon where blood flow gets reduced in the cold dramatically.  If mild, it is annoying.  In the most severe cases, especially when exposed to severe cold, the lack of blood flow could actually cause damage to tips of fingers, and toes, but this is with the worst cases and the worst cold.  Most of the time, just having cold hands is just that and warm gloves help.

recently have been getting cold hands/feet. never happened before. only started after i try to workout 30minutes everyday. is this normal/healthy?

Rule out: Raynaud's disease. It is a rare disorder of the blood vessels, usually in the fingers and toes. The cause is unknown, but the  phenomenon is a problem with blood flow. Because the body limits blood flow to the hands and feet, it makes the fingers or toes feel cold and numb.
Rec.: see your pcp for further investigation.

would fibromyalgia ever start of a sudden onset, with cold hands & feet, night time fever. and then 2weeks of typical fibro pains and symptoms?

It could !: Fibromyalgia  is a vague difficult to prove  condition  It covers a great  range of unrelated musculoskeletal symptoms  Some clinicians even question the existence of such a diagnosis and there is no definitive laboratory test for it

when i am sitting in air conditioning for awhile or its cold outside, my heart rate gets slow and my chest starts to hurt. could there be something going on with my heart? why does my chest feel uncomfortable in the cold? hands&feet also cold

Muscular contraction: When a person feels cold, the muscles contract to generate heat. That may be causing the symptoms you experience. Just wear more clothes when in a room that is colder than your comfort.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

had ana test done, came back borderline. my complaint cold, hands feet. doc referred me to rheumatologist. how important is this to get checked?

Very important: It is likely you have raynauds disease. It is important to have this issue evaluated as it may often be associated with an underlying connective tissue disorder.

had drug induced lupus now resolved, still get very cold hands & feet etc i noticed today that now my fingertips are wrinkled from cold. why is this?

? Raynauds: It may be raynauds disease especially if your hands blanch or turn blue with cold exposure.

Possible: The history could be due to anxiety, however an evaluation is needed to rule out medical causes.

See Dr: Syncope x anything is not common or usual, so if your BP is on low side and you "fall out, " then need evaluated by dr asap to see what is going on.

Why there are clinic: This is a great forum for simple questions.  But, you need a full evaluation with lab testing.  At nineteen this can happen at any family clinic or men's health expert.

But, you have potentially several problems. You need to know what risks you face as you age; you need to know what options are to get back to feeling normal.
