Not on 3 gms of: tylenol (acetaminophen). If you exceeded this amount daily,then your liver enzymes should be checked,but you are in the safe zone. Do not drink alcohol on this regimen

One way is that some ovarian disorders can cause back pain themselves, this can include polycystic ovarian disease. : What you described is highly unlikely to be due to cervical cancer. Musculoskeletal pain should respond to over the counter pain medications like acetaminophen. Do not take more than 4 gm in one day, no alcohol.
Regular aerobic exercise will help by improving the strength and flexibility of your muscles. Exercise at least 30 minute/day, days/week.

Coccydynia.: This sounds like coccydynia, which is a pain in the tail bone which occurs after sitting on a hard surface for a long time or from falling onto your tail bone onto a hard surface.  Can take a long time to heal up.  You can try sitting on a "donut", that soft cushion with a hole in the middle that you find at the surgical supply stores.  Anti inflammatories may help.
