Some medical conditions require premedication with antibiotic coverage. There is insufficient space here to list all the necessary reasons.  You place your health in our hands & we do not take that responsibility lightly.

Needs help: If finances are an issue, I recommend you seek an evaluation and treatment either at a local dental school or hospital based dental residency facility. You can also call your local dental society for advice and referrals. Some dentists volunteer their services at little or no cost.

Root canal : You need to call Medical and ask them for a referral for a root canal directly from them, otherwise the root canal will not be covered. Tell them you are in a lot of pain and need immediate attention and they should be able to help. They are open.

could dentists practice on cadavers like doctors do in medical school?

Apple and orange...: Dentist deal with dental problems concerning teeth, gum, oral cavity, disease of head and neck with dental origin, the overall health issue with dental origins.  Dentists do take anatomy class with practice on cadavers, however, the instructors will stress more at the head and neck structure regarding muscle of mastication and facial expression.  Doctors are concentrated on different areas.

Can't tell: We have no way of knowing what your plan covers or does not cover.  You can contact yu plan administrator directly.  If you were issued an ID card it should have a telephone number for you to call.  Or you could contact a local Dentist who may be able to contact the insurance company or social welfare agency for you.

Yes: The local anesthetic will anesthetize the area being worked on and will also decrease the amount of bleeding in the surgical field. Although you may be "asleep" during the procedure, it is a very light sleep and without the anesthetic your body will involuntarily react to the pain stimulus.

Some bad reactions have been reported when used with nonsteroidal antiinflammatories like ibuprophen. Your rheumatologist should be aware of what your dentist may recommend to avoid complications.

First see: First see a dentist. I think most if not all your symptoms are dental in origin. If not your dentist will recommend that you see your physician. BTW you don&#x27;t have to see something in order to have a problem. May be bruxism/TMJ issue.
