Get a UA: This sounds like an infection of some kind in your urinary tract.  It can be a natural UTI as women are more prone than men due to their short urinary tract, or it can be cystitis or an std like chlamydia of trichomonas so it's important to get a urinalysis and gram drain to find out as it can lead to kidney infection and other serious issues, so see your dr. And get tested.  Good luck.

In healthy males: a cloudy/strong odor usually is based upon  1. your level of HYDRATION (cncentrated urine smells more and is more "cloudy") Your diet also influences urine odor (asparagus a good example)

UTI?: I would consider the diagnosis of a urinary tract infection which can cause cloudy urine which smells unusual.  The coffee smell may be related to a particular organism in the urine or it may be that the organism breaks down substances in the urine causing it to smell like coffee.  Get a urine analysis and culture.

Unlikely: Although Florinef (fludrocortisone) has been causative of darkening of urine and increased frequency, the usual change in urine odor is either due to diet, or the odor is actually vaginal. Cloudy urine can occur normally as salts precipitate out when the urine hits the toilet water.

Possible but..: Sudden severe pain needs to be evaluated. A bladder infection is certainly one possibility. Appendicitis is another and is life threatening. Severe pain where someone can not even lie flat should be evaluated urgently by their doctor or emergency room.
