Nope....CABG: Angioplasty is very risky to do on multi-vessel cad, and therefore it is not done.  You will likely need a bypass surgery.   See your doctor and/or cardiovascular surgeon.   Good luck.

1: When referring to the "main" coronary artery, that is usually refers to the left main (lm) coronary artery. This artery divides quickly into the left anterior and left cicumflex artery, both very important and large conduits supplying much of the heart muscle with blood. The right coronary artery usually has its own origin. In some people there is no lm and each artery has its origin off the aorta.

Many reasons: There are many reasons why arteries are closed after coronary artery surgery. Remember that surgery "bypasses" and does not remove blockages. Most importantly surgery does not chnage the medical problems which caused the blockages (such as cholesterol, diabetes, hypertension, smoking, obesity, and sedentary lifestyle) and unless these are addressed the arteries will continue to close.
