Quackery: These machines are great for learning biofeedback in a clinical setting ... Other that that, I've seen literally no evidence that it works. In fact, the only evidence I've seen is how much they don't work.   Even Andrew Weil, MD (a prominent naturalist physician) thinks they're bogus.  I believe there is a benefit for some naturalist approaches, but this isn't one.  Good luck!
