if someone gets a mild concussion, are they able to go back to normal after 2 days if symtoms clear? how small of another hit could make it worse, could a very small bump?

Symptoms: Return to play is based on return to play guidelines.  Typically if asymptomatic and if light aerobic activity does not illicit symptoms return to play is OK. https://www.cdc.gov/headsup/basics/return_to_sports.html.  A bump on the head in itself does not effect this decision. Sometimes swelling can be associated with a depressed skull fracture. That would make a difference.

Here are some...: Most likely the described bump is a sebaceous gland-related cyst and has been manually fiddled resulting in its internal oozing and exuding. So, stop squeezing it and have a doc take a look for confirmation so to deduce right Dx for right Rx, care, and counseling now and in the future.

Probably a cyst: What you describe is probably a epidermoid cyst . if it keeps coming back you can get it removed.

Dyshidrotic eczema: Sounds like dyshidrotic eczema which is a dry skin condition. Treat with topical steroids, moisturizers and antihistamines. See your doctor to get stronger strength topical steroids. Otc cortisone does not work very well. Also need to consider fungal or bacterial infection as secondary infection occurs often with eczema.

It can first appear as blackhead but as capsule enlarges potential for bacteria to enter cyst cavity and produce contaminated cyst content. Spontaneous white material is common. Total control can only be accomplished by removing cyst capsule. Drainage alone leads to recurrence

Milia or white heads: They may be "milia, " which are popularly known as "white heads" - small cysts which form within the walls of hair follicles.  Formation of these may be promoted by the application of occlusive ointments or lotions to the skin.  If these have not resolved with the use of over-the-counter acne medications, i would suggest seeing a dermatologist.
