How long?: Are you certain that this hasn't always been in your mouth. It may be the duct to your parotid salivary gland in your cheek. It normally sits on the cheek next to the first molar. If so, it is normal anatomy, however I have had many patients "discovery" it. If it is new, is it possible that you recently bit your cheek? Sometimes sores in the mouth have a white coating on top.

i have a clear bubble on the top of my mouth near my uvula , there is pain and it hurts when i swallow what could it be?

Bump in the throat: How long it has been there? Do you have fever? If it has been there for more than 7-10 days you should see your doctor. It could be strep throat or mononucleosis.

i have had a very small clear bubble inside my lower lip. it will not go away using saltwater rinses or special mouth sore mouthwash. it doesn't hurt at all but bugs me. what could it be?

Small bubble: It may be a mucocele. Occurs when the duct of a minor salivary gland besoms blocked. See an Oral Surgeon for proper diagnosis and treatment.

Spit up or drooling?: Spit up and drooling are common in babies. Spit up is caused by mild GE reflux. Drooling is caused by excessive salivation which accompanies early stages of teething. Both are insignificant if the baby is gaining weight and if there is no breathing problem

hi i have a small clear bubble thats mildly annoying on the inside of my mouth just under my bottom teeth on the lower gums. i believe its a clogged salivary gland or something but any ideas? is it possibly something to be concerned about? thanks?

: This sounds like a mucocele -- as you suggest yourself, a blocked gland. Entirely harmless. Google it to see photos.

Bubble = Blister?: This could be herpes, syphilis and even possible skin cancer.  I would say it is wise to get in to have an expert look at this in person.

Likely a mucocoel: The glands that create our mouth mucous are located in the inner linings of the mouth.It is likely any cystic structure you see is one that may be enlarged because its draining pathway was  broken up by the mechanical action within the mouth.If it  seems uncomfortable, let your kids doc evaluate it & decide if a visit with an ENT is warranted.These can need opening & drainage.
