The good vs bad: Good: clams/mollusks are very low in saturated fat. They are also a good source of magnesium and manganese, and a very good source of vitamin b12, phosphorus, potassium, copper and selenium.

The bad: this food is very high in sodium (salt) and so if u have hypertension and/or congestive heart failure, be careful.

Probably: I don't have a can in front of me, but if it is new england style clam chowder, one would expect dairy being present or it would not be a chowder.  More importantly, read the label and look for dairy, whey, and casein.

Go to ED...: That you have fainted it is enough reason to go to the emergency room at your nearest hospital. There are many dangerous conditions that might be causing this problem especially at your age. Please have someone take you now or call the local emergency transporting system available in your country.

Yes: Deep breaths.  Positive thinking.  And remember, nothing or nobody makes you angry.  It's your choice in how to react to the world around you.  Don't let people or situations have that much power over you!

Of course: There is no food that is forbidden in any good eating program. Denial of a certain food is a sure way to disappointing result in yourweight loss endeavor. Any food is admissable in your eating regime. It is the quantity and your energy expenditure that truly matters.  
Remember: no denial. Seek out a weight specialist--bariatrician- to help you. Asbp they will understand where you are coming from.

Acrophobia : Is a specific phobia or excessive fear of heights. Fortunately, there are many treatments available. A consultation with a psych MD will allow you to review all available treatments, including medications and talk therapy, particularly exposure therapy, and select the best option(s) for you :) good luck and be well:)!

Time . . . : Unfortunately, there's no way to quickly get caffeine and its attendant side effects out of your system any faster than would be otherwise expected from your individual physiology, similar to drinking alcohol. It's just a matter of time. But you might consider some meditative behavior to deal w/side effects while biding your time.

Why not: I don't see why she cannot. All she eats needs to be of good quality and cooked well, but clam chowder is not a contraindication unless she has allergy to any component of it.
