Time . . . : Unfortunately, there's no way to quickly get caffeine and its attendant side effects out of your system any faster than would be otherwise expected from your individual physiology, similar to drinking alcohol. It's just a matter of time. But you might consider some meditative behavior to deal w/side effects while biding your time.

Time and water: It will take some time for caffeine to get out of your system. You may help your cause by drinking lots of water to increase urine output.
