Antibiotics are common contributors if used chronically for acne. Talk to your doctor. Gerd is another possibility. Sometimes and egd is done to check the stomach and esophagus lining.

Are you pale?: Sounds like you don't have enough fluids in your system, as can be caused by bleeding, like, gastritis, where you may feel nauseous, dizzy after you have been bleed in stomach from taking an NSAID (non-steroidal aanti-inflammatory) maybe?  Were you taking them? Is your stool color dark? Are you having loose stools?  If so, likely gastritis.
