Depends: It depends on your GFR and if you have risk factors for progression that are uncontrolled, ie htn, dm, acidosis, sec hyperparathyroidism, and tob use. And by time left do you mean death or dialysis...Esrd doesn't have to mean death, esp if you have dialysis and a transplant.

Diet modification: Ckd stage v is very advanced form of kidney disease and many dietary restrictions along with medications are needed to delay need for dialysis.  Limit diets high in potassium, phosphorus, limit excessive fluid intake and see nephrologist at least every month.

Time before dialysis: It is very difficult to answer your question. That is because all kidney disease is different. If one has polycystic kidney disease, that acts differently from diabetic kidney disease.  The time for end stage renal disease is also dependent on the age of the patient. Have the person ask a nephrologist for a more detailed and meaningful answer to your question.

No time frame: There is no specific duration for any stage of ckd. It may stay in the same stage for a long time or progress rapidly. Disease progression usually depends on the cause, protein in urine, blood pressure control and others.

What is Creatinine: Chronic renal disease is separated into stages, but these are determined by the level of creatinine clearance, and BUN levels. So, if you have worse kidney function, these levels will begin to rise.  If you have stage 3 disease, it is usually worse than 2, but not as bad as 4. People with stage 4 disease may be eligible for transplantation.

No: It could be dangerous.   If you have issues with excess potassium you may be placing yourself in harms way by juicing since many fruits and vegetables are already high in potassium.  You should concentrate on a low sodium diet.  About obesity and tobacco.  Keep blood pressure under control.  Exercise on a regular basis.  Limit phosphorus intake.  Following up regularly with your nephrologist.

: A person at age 60 or older who has eGFR between 60-89 cc/min will be classified as CKD stage 2 if abnormal urinalysis OR renal imaging tests are present. A person with eGFR above 89 cc/min has stage 1 CKD if abnormal urinalysis OR renal imaging tests are present. But a person of 60 year old with eGFR above 59 cc/min + normal urinalysis AND renal imaging tests will not be classified as having CKD.

which disease is more fatal: chronic bronchitis or chronic kidney disease (stage 4)?

Depends on severity: Neither disease is fatal if they are stable. However, stage 4 kidney disease tends to worsen to stage 5 disease which can be fatal. The worsening bronchitis depends on the cause (for example, common bacterial infection versus TB or not receiving the right antibiotics). Kidney disease is more likely than bronchitis to worsen without good compliance with medicines and diet and is more serious.

i have a chronic kidney disease stage 4, still stable since 2009. i want to gain muscles but i  cannot consume too much protein. any alternative?

Training: It is not necessary to take in large amounts of protein to gain muscle mass, despite what the vitamin stores advertise.  What is essential is consistent resistance training.  With your condition, you can work out but avoiding increasing your protein intake is crucial to keeping your kidneys stable.  Best of luck.

Treatment of CKD: At CKD stage 4, you do not need dialysis at present.  If you CKD progresses to end stage renal disease, you will need to start on dialysis or have a transplant. You do not list that you have diabetes or hypertension, if the cause of your CKD is polycystic kidney disease, not much can be done for your decline into higher stages of ckd. Your nephrologist is the one to speak to about your prognosis.
