Mostly yes: Spirulina and chlorella from good sources can be very good for your health.  Always find out the source. Try to get products from companies that are willing to show testing results of purity. Never buy products from china (some may be ok but there is a lot of contamination).

No benefit: It really doesn't matter how long you take Chlorella, because there is no scientific evidence to support its effectiveness for prevention or treating cancer or any disease in humans. You would probably be better off using the money to buy healthy nutritious food as a basis of a good diet. Adding Chlorella will not help though. Good luck.

Supplement store: These are dried algae promoted as "detoxifying agents." for example, supposedly they remove heavy metals from the body and even destroy polychlorinated biphenyls, as reported in one journal of which i'd never heard. Claims that sound much too good to be true almost always turn out not to be true, but of course the decision is yours.

The "superfood", anti-cancer, immune-enhancing and similar claims are all made up (breaks no law, strangely.) if the bottle contains what it says it does (and in this shadow world it often doesn't), you're safe. It's your money.

Am not aware of any known direct toxicities, but persons with seafood allergies and those with hyperthyroidism should avoid these.  The more important question is are they really necessary?  Only you can determine whether you really need these.  Only your wallet is likely to be hurt.

Sun Chlorella is a natural supplement of algae it is used by some people to bust your immune system but is only a nutritional supplement.Sun Chlorella is more hype than anything no controlled studies have been done to prove its efficacy. No interaction between the two pills.

Greens: All good forms of green food with potent nutrients.  Form is your preference but some people digest liquid or powder easier than capsule.
