If rebound symptoms, change to vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) (adderall + a protein molecule).If while med is working, change to a long-acting methylphenidate. Zoloft for anxiety/ depression has a black box warning in kids bec. It increased suicidal ideation. It can " activate" him intunive is a safe adjunct, but change stimulant first.

Possibly : Each situation must be evaluated individually.    It's very important to figure out if it keeps breaking due to material failure of the bonding or due to other factors such as night grinding or Clenching.   A simple habit like fingernail biting can also break bonding and veneers.  Teeth are not tools.  They are not to open bags of chips,  nailclippers, icecruchers,thread cutters, etc.  Good luck

Not Good: Not good, BUT, you might have only dislodged a piece of the buildup (calculus/tartar) and not your actual tooth. Likely that is the case. See your Dentist to evaluate and treat if you did chip the tooth, and get the cleaning done to remove the calculus, and get specific home care tips to prevent the buildup in the future -- you can do it.
