Depends: It depends on the type and quality of thermometer, and location the temperature was taken.  If you use a good rectal thermometer, then it should not be below 97.0 degrees.  Other thermometers can be accurate or not depending on the quality and price.  Other factors, such as eating and drinking can affect oral temperatures.  A 96.3 deg child would feel cold.

In young children, tantrums are a very immature  way of expressing frustration, anger and in a way the toddler tries to demonstrate in a very awkward way, independence and will.

Couple of things...: Work with the doctor to make sure your child has the right medicine, and make sure your child takes the medicine and follows directions. Decrease the triggers in your home, like dust, smoking and cockroaches, that make your child’s asthma worse. If your child is old enough, he should carry his asthma medication with him in case symptoms get bad.

Begin with his doc: A person functions at their best level when they have had adequate sleep,are well nourished, are healthy and in a stable comfortable environment.ADD is a hard label to accept if it was not evident at a treatable level by age 6. A full evaluation by his doc would be a way to start &amp; they can decide if further testing is needed &amp; who can do it. I don't trust docs who treat without proper evaluation
