why do i have like chills on one side of my body. my left side. down my leg from my chest. very odd. slight ache in my chest too on my right side. mild ache. annoying.?

: It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history, physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. many symptoms lately. one is tingling. starts on left side of face & moves down to my hand. like chills but not creepy. dr says not neuro. any thought?

Migraine or seizure: When tingling travels, it can be migraine aura or a simple partial seizure.  If it travels over seconds, it can be seizure.  This is called jacksonian march.  If it travels over minutes, more likely migraine aura.  In either case, you should see a neurologist.

my partner (female, mid 20s) has lower back pain (lumbar) after reaching down to pick up something. she has no weakness in the legs, no bladder incontinence, no chills. two days after and her back is still leaning to one side. what should she do?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests.  She should continue her daily activities as best as she can. She may take acetaminophen for pain. If her symptoms are not improving, It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

i have recently started having chest issues. cold sensation radiating from left chest (near heart) up and down the left side of my body. tingling feeling similar to chills when it surfs across my body. does that sound heart related or something else?

You should: definitely see a doctor. This may just be a virus, but you could have pneumonia or bronchitis. Listening to your chest and/or a chest x-ray would be the way to tell.

Lymph node: Lymph nodes usually suddenly grow in size because the are reacting to a local infection, in your cause the throat, the ear, or the sinus. Also, the lymph node can itself become infected. This is called cervical lymphadenitis and it is treated with antibiotics.

Back pain: is probably not related to Prilosec side effect.  Consult with your doctor for other causes if your pain persists.

i have multiple lymph nodes on side of neck started with one. another one has appeared above my collar bone. have visibly enlarged over 18 months. itchy all over skin, pain with alcohol on side of neck. chills sweating on occasions. lymphoma?

: I am worried about the swelling of Lymph Nodes, you need of course  to see a Doctor, and most probably have a Blood test and biopsy ( which is easy to do by a Needle . Concern is Lymphoma ( different kinds), if diagnoses early can be curable. Of course there is also possibility of Infections which is also treatable. The sooner yoy see a Doctor the better is the outcome.

Nervous condition: A unilateral symptom often indicates some type of neural process. I would ask your doctor for a thorough evaluation, because this could progress to something more serious. I would worry about a stroke or a mini-stroke affecting one half of your nerves. Nerves remember control everything from pain, to tingling, to itching, to temperature, to the 'standing up of the hairs' on the back of your neck!

what's the difference between the chills and just being cold ? because idk which one i'm feeling.

Fever: "Chills" refers to shivering in an adequately warm environment.  This occurs when the body is developing a fever and trying to raise its temperature rapidly.  Feeling cold is the skin temperature feeling uncomfortably cold due to a colder than comfortable environment.  This also could be a mild fever, but is less likely to indicate fever.  Check temperature to differentiate.
