Some things....: It is important to take some breaks to walk around, stretch and get nourishment. Otherwise you may get muscle tightness in your neck and upper back and even your legs. This could lead to headache and in very rare circumstances blood clots in the legs (although highly doubtful within 8 hrs.

There should not be.: The current iuds should not affect the ability to conceive provided the are replaced on schedule!

Details matter: Name[s] of shampoos? Conditioner rinse? Other symptoms, meds, diagnoses? You may need a dermatologist. Meanwhile you can use Dove cleanser followed by a conditioner rinse.

Nair: This may have been a primary irritation from Nair rather than a true allergic reaction, but nevertheless I don't recommend that you use it again in view of your intolerance to it as evidenced by the burning discomfort it caused. The next application may cause a more extensive reaction or inflammation.

No: While there are risks with any medicine, there has not been any indication that long term (appropriate) use of stimulants causes cumulative or long term damage. Some children, as they get older, are able to stop their stimulants, but many go in to take them into adulthood.

: Vitamin C &amp; D are often added or already present in food in our regular diet (i.e. cereal, milk, orange juice). The Vitamin D recommended dietary allowance (RDA) for children 4-8 years old is 600 IU/day (15µg). The upper limit is 3000 IU/day. For Vitamin C the RDA is 25 mg/day, the upper limit is 650 mg/day.

does inhaling the odor of cat litter, especially while cleaning the litterbox have any adverse effects on health over time? since toxoplasmosis gondii can be present in cat feces what would happen if you inhale the odor of feces everyday?

: The odor won't affect your health and you won't inhale this parasite's oocysts in feces but you may contract toxoplasmosis with contaminated hands so use gloves or wash your hands well after handling the litter box. Most people infected with the parasite do not have symptoms and we only concern about children, pregnant women or people with impaired immune system.

im a 37 year old,with no major gyn backgrounds.never been pregnant. did a pap smear.was told at same time to screen for body cancer with an endometrial biopsy too(no cancer background either).was this needed?pain was awful.risk of adverse effects?

: I don't see the need for an endometrial biopsy unless you're experiencing abnormal menses such as heavy,prolonged or highly irregular menses or have  thickened endometrium  on an ultrasound. Were you told of another reason?

Cleansers: I am assuming you are speaking about colonic types of treatments whether in an enema or oral cleanse formulation.  There can be a number of negative effects on the GI system.  The main acute issue with rapid transit loss of electrolytes and changes in ph balance of blood.  The most negative effect resulting from this is often neurologic, sometimes irreversible.  Use caution.
