Yes: What you can get is 1. Crash test results and 2. Car seat data. A good place for crash test results is the insurance institute for highway safety @ http://www.Iihs.Org/ratings/default.Aspx .  The national highway traffic safety administration is a great place to learn about car seats @ http://www.Nhtsa.Gov/safety/cps . Then you can turn to consumer reports for specific product recs.

Yes.: The vast majority of babies conceived via ivf are born healthy. Low birthweight and premature birth are more prevalent, but these are the direct result of multiple live births (twins, triplets, etc.) that can occur with ivf. Heart defects, cleft lips and other congenital anomalies are more common in ivf (5% general population vs. ~6.5% for ivf - based on study in the uk).

No vaccines: If an child does not get vaccines and gets sick then he could give it to other children (even vaccinated ones).  No vaccine is 100% effective, some aren't even 90% effective so there is a chance that the vaccine didn't work on your child and if he's exposed to someone with the illness he could get sick. Also some vaccines wear off over time so if it has worn off your child could get sick.

Maybe: I would never suggest a turtle to an immunocompromised child.  Even healthy children can get salmonella from handling their pet turtles.  If you can be 100% sure (and who can be?) that your child will wash their hands each and every time they handle the turtle or its accessories, a turtle would be an acceptable pet.  Personally, I would try to steer you to a different pet.

Autistic kids: They do but the problem is with themselves and their imaginary world. They can't make the same connection with real world and their human associates.

Accepted Answer

Don't swallow: The danger of magnetic toys is if the child is at an age where he/she can swallow the magnet.  Swallowing magnets can cause serious intestinal problems, including perforation.  I would refrain from buying toys with small magnets for babies and toddlers definitely.

No: presently there is no evidence to suggest wifi should cause any problems to pregnant women unborn babies or people in general
