Pink eye: Very contagious.  Wash hands very well and avoid touching your eyes.  Most cases are viral and will improve on own, however I recommend doctor evaluation and possible prescription for eye drops.

Sinus Pressure: It is not uncommon for sinus pressure to affect nerves that innervate the maxillary teeth and soft tissues. If this issue started with the infection and you have no dental problems, it should pass as you recover from your infection. If it persists, please see your dentist for an evaluation.

See Dr if persists: Swelling of eye lid(s) on just one side, with no evidence of conjunctivitis, may possibly be due to an insect bite on the eyelid? Another possibility might be an allergic reaction or sensitivity to contact lens cleaner or another chemical.  If there's no pain or disturbance of vision or photophobia it's less likely serious, but would suggest being a physician to evaluate your condition.

Acute swollen eye: You could have a sty, conjunctivitis, an obstructed tear duct, or a serious lid infection.  If you have diabetes, you could have another kind of infection, like a fungus.

Stress can produce: many different symptoms in the body but I have not heard of it manifesting in a swollen eye, especially if it is just one eye.  Please see your doc.  PERHAPS a bug bite or something thyroid related.  Peace and good health.

Eye infected: A red eye with pain is typically infected.  Most likely it's a viral infection of the top of the eye-the conjunctiva or a bacterial infection of the eyelid-a "stye."  less likely causes are inflammation inside the eye (iritis or uveitis) or an acute glaucoma (high pressure in the eye).  You need to see you eye doctor to make the correct diagnosis and receive the proper treatment.

Conjunctivitis: Given the swelling is less noticeable without mentioning associated fever, waiting another day is unlikely to cause a significant harm.
