Imaging center: Your doctor should have given you a referral slip for the chest xray.  They may have a particular imaging place they want you to go to, but you can go to almost any imaging center or hospital. Depends : would need to hear the detailed report to be sure but this usually refers to evidence that someone had TB in the past and it has left a scar.  If you were treated for TB then likely nothing more will need to be done. If you have never been treated, you may need to be treated for either active or latent TB. This decision would be based on your history and symptoms.

Not exactly: Not exactly. Presence of antibodies are detected with the TB test, abnormal xray or sputum detect infection.
