Anything: Could be a problem with skin, nerves, muscle, shoulder, lung, heart, or stomach. See your doctor for a more thorough history, physical exam and further evaluation. If she sleeps on her stomach she could have a neck strain that radiates pain to the chest or arm.

Keep looking: Not all chest discomfort is from the heart.  Many patients have gastrointestinal or musculoskeletal causes of chest pain.  If your heart tests are unremarkable, would look for other non-heart causes.

Multiple causes: Chest pain can occur for a variety of reasons; ischemic heart disease, esophageal spasm, dissecting aortic aneurysm, mitral valve prolapse, pericarditis, pulmonary embolis, pneumonia, chest wall pain (costochrondritis), pleurisy, etc. Your BP looks good and since you have "no other symptoms" the cause is most likely benign. If other symptoms develop seek prompt medical attention.

Have it evaluated.: A person with chest pain needs to be evaluated and treated appropriately.  Multiple possible causes may be: heart attack, esophageal reflux, anxiety, musculoskeletal, pneumonia, pulmonary embolus, and aortic dissection.  Have it evaluated right away to prevent potential serious complications.

Not enuf info: Although it's impossible to say, my guess would be a muscular source because of it's marked brevity. Cardiac pain is neither sharp nor that brief. GI tends to be burning or gnawing with loss of appetite and/or nausea. Arthritis usually is on-going. Do certain movements or positions make it worse? Can you find trigger points by compressing the area that hurts?  That would reinforce the dx.

Get a physical: A good physical with cardiac/pulmonary assessment will help you - if no cardiac/lung findings then this can be from a variety of causes, muscular, bone, etc

Urgent assessment: The number one thing to exclude here is heart attack or other serious heart rhythm problem with an urgent electrocardiogram (heart tracing).  Other possibilities include thyroid problem or serious infection.

Needs urgent assessment in the nearest emergency centre to rapidly assess for and exclude potentially serious causes.  All the best.

Yes!: Angina type pain comes when the muscle of the heart gets stretched or the heart perceives it is not getting enough oxygen.  Even high blood pressure without coronary artery disease can cause angina type pain, but you must first make sure there is no CAD and must make sure to control the blood pressure!  most people with high blood pressure however have no symptoms.
