See a doctor: If you have been sick (crook) for 5 days with those symptoms, it's best you go see a doctor and get checked out straight away.  It could be a viral infection, or something more serious.  You know the 5 most dangerous words in english?  "maybe it will go away.".

Cough: Sometimes it is hard to know if you just have a cold or something more serious.  I usually tell my patients to be seen with persistant fevers, difficulty breathing, wheezing, cough productive of blood or a cough that worsens.  Without a chest xray and examination you can't tell.

Wheeze chest infecti: what side is your chest infection  (presuming pneumonia)??   if it is on the right side - as you lay - the mucus will accumulate on that side and narrow the airways causing the wheeze.  A good mucolytic medication - Guafenesin or Mucinex (guaifenesin) would be useful in your case.  good luck

Unclear question: What blood test did you have and what type of chest infection? What were the results of your blood tests? Do you have fever, cough, sputum production, shortness of breath? It may be prudent to see your doctor in-person.

Depends..: If his "chest infection" has been going on a few days, give it time.   If it is bacterial, Amoxicillin may help.  If it is viral, antibiotics will not help.  If this has been going on for weeks or months, your doctor may need to reevaluate therapy.
I do not know what you mean by "gixer" or "citriz.".

No: Except in extreme cases of hypothermia, etc, simply getting wet will not make anyone sick. It's an old but incorrect notion.

Take it with food: Are you the same person who asked a similar question earlier? See that reply. You can take your doxycycline with food, which should help prevent nausea and will not interfere with its effectiveness.

?fever: If you're not running a fever, having chills, sweats, significant wheezing or shortness of breath you don't have to be housebound while on treatment for bronchitis. Avoid crowds,  excessively hot or cold places.And pollution, .

Are yo being exposed: Are you being exposed to something you may be allergic to ? Sounds like it. What are your peak flows (do you have a peak-flow meter- essential d]for asthmatics to know if they are getting into trouble). Maybe a shot of corticosteroids followed by a short cours of prednisone is in order. Call your doctor.
