: Chest and tummy hurt when coughing is common when having cold if you have severe coughing for a couple days. Yellow thick phlegm is also a feature of viral bronchitis so antibiotic is not indicated. You need to hydrate well and you are allowed to take cough medication &amp; tylenol or advil for sore chest. If fever spikes, chest pain with taking deep breath +/- shortness of breath, see doctor then.

Upper Respiratory: Sounds notoriously like the common cold(upper respiratory infection). You dont mention if you have a fever or not. It appears you have a history of bronchospasm, so be sure to use your bronchodilator and not miss your singulair (montelukast).Feel better soon, usually lasts 5-7 days, cough can linger a bit longer.

Sounds viral: These are common symptoms of most viral respiratory infections.  Make sure you get plenty of rest and fluids.  You can take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin for the pain.  Use saline nasal spray for sinus drainage.  See your doctor if symptoms do not improve in the next few days.
