URTI, Pleurisy +: The fact the it hurts with coughing or deep inhalation make it is less likely for this to be the heart (which is good). Recent infections? Upper respiratory tract infection history is relevant in this information. Depending on your age and past medical history pulmonary embolism could also be another thing to think about. Likely its ok but would need more details to give you a reassuring answer
