Unlikely: But possible.  You should be tested for antibodies to toxoplasma since many people have previously acquired this infection without being aware of the fact  if your ob/gyn doctor  has not tested you previously ask them to do so, or if necessary see an infectious diseases expert.

: Maybe. Many times your appetite will return before the gut can easily process some foods. Rice/breads/pasta/simple soups are all easier to digest after such illnesses. You can try but if you cramp afterward (within hours) you may want to slow down your re-feeding plan. Fatty foods &amp; complex meats require more digestive work so they need to be added with caution.

You can as long as: calories burned exceed calories consumed. Drink at least 8  - 8 oz glasses of water per day. Try for 8 hours of sleep/night.  Aim for at least 5 servings of vegetables &amp; 4 servings of fruit per day. Use whole grain when possible. Avoid sodas, alcohol &amp; junk carbohydrates. Get in a good mix of aerobic &amp; weight lifting exercises.

Teen body building: All exercise is good for your body, when done correctly and in moderation. Push ups will tone pecs and triceps but not much else. Add pull-ups, sit-ups, leg lifts to tone other muscle groups. You MUST ask a professional trainer to show you correct lifting form prior to weight lifting, though. Eat a BALANCED diet, not just milk and cheese. Lean meats (fish, chicken breast) are great protein sources

You can help build: Muscle w/protein and burn fat w/exercise.  Exercise will also help you to build muscle because we tear muscle fibers apart when exercising and when the grow back together they create more muscle mass.  Peace and good health.  Higher protein and lower carb can be good but see doc first.  Italian food can be high carb.
