Yes.: As you age, there are natural changes that occur in one's eye that can result in one no longer needing glasses because their refractive correction has changed. An example would be a far sighted (hyperopic) patient requiring less of a hyperopic correction as a result of cataract development as one ages. This results in the lens of the eye becoming thicker resulting in a more myopic correction.

As the lens inside the eye changes slowly over time, it may change to either improve near or distance vision.  When cataract formation leads to improvement refractive error (not vision), it is called "second sight".

recently had my pain dr change 15mg oxy prn to perc 10/325 prn, as the oxy's no longer worked. weaker strength percs helping prn. curious, as to why?

Oxy vs Percocet : Percocet is released into the circulation much faster than Oxycontin (if that's what your were on), which is one reason it be perceived as working better.  Percocet's other ingredient, Acetaminophen acts in the brain similar to oxycodone, and its believed the potentiating effect of the combination is another reasons why Percocet may work better. Highly habit forming.

Since I don't: Understand your question it's hard to answer. If you were fasting and had fasted two hours longer, it probably wouldn't have made a significant difference in your blood sugar -- provided you're talking about a fast of over 6 or more hours. Your body has mechanisms to keep your sugar normal unless you have diabetes or other significant problem.

Tastes do change: but not as much as their associations. Having pleasant or unpleasant experiences associated with foods/tastes will have a large impact. And some things like hot/spice changes the nerves that are triggered by them and they have less effect over time. And children tend to have different tastes than adults.
