Unfortunately : Unfortunately not very high.  Statistics show that women over the age 45 have a low probability of pregnancy.  Women that are over 45 and are also in menopause are even less likely.  Pregnancy can be achieved using donor eggs for those still desiring to start a family.

Still possible: Although, we know that as women age it's harder for them to get pregnant, nonetheless things happen. I have a patient who conceived at the age of 50, so your partner has legit reasons to worry. If she's never had kids before, though, her chances are very slim, probably equal to 0, but .... -- hey, the bible tells us that 50 is not the limit, so listen to her!

: Pregnancy has been documented from sex on any day of a woman's cycle including during menses. Any erect penis has at least some sperm within the sexual fluids secreting constantly. Risk of pregnancy is low but not zero. Use condoms or other birth control unless you want a surprise.
