"Rare seizures"?: Having seizures calls for a neurological workup.  Mindfulness meditation does not cause seizures; acupressure mat sounds like an unlikely cause also.  Witch hazel is generally used topically, and naturalstandard.Com does not show seizures as a side effect for this or for chanca piedra. Ureteral stone: The size of the stone does not correlate well to the intensity of the pain.  The nearly unbearable pain of "ureteral colic" is from spasm of the muscular ureter.  Although 50% probability to pass on its own within a few days, a 4mm stone sometimes will get stuck and fail to progress.  Usually after 5 days, i recommend having the stone extracted with a ureteroscope as an outpatient.

Right sided pain...: If ultrasound is negative for gallstones, there still could be a problem with the gallbladder.  Sometimes CCK is administered during HIDA scan to calculate gallbladder ejection fraction and determine if there is a functional problem with the gallbladder.  Is the pain associated with eating?  Other organs in the right abdomen include the kidney and liver.  Kidney stones can cause right flank pain.
