Comprehensive Rx: To effectively treat CFIDS one must address the causes. Many have chronic infections (Lyme, EBV, mycoplasma, parasites etc.), hypothyroidism, food sensitivities etc. These can be difficult to diagnose. If not hypertensive: I would suggest caffeine in most coffee or energy drinks like Red Bull. Personally, I enjoy warm tea.

CHRONIC FATIGUE : syndrome has been explained by calling the disorder "immune dysfunction"  "Immunocomprimised"  refers to an actual weakness 
in the immune system which can lead to infections of various kinds.
