: Not feasible to be precise as information is far too scanty, but if the headache and vomiting are truly cause and effect, migraine could be considered, but if happening over 1 or 2 days, other entities such as viral meningitis, COVID-19, and other infections may be more likely answers.  So, see your doctor and get this evaluated.

Migraine headache: Headaches with vomiting are often migraine headaches which are sometimes preceded by an "aura " e.g. Zigzag colored lights in the eyes etc.  Migraines tend to be similar each time and the headache often is on one side of the head.  
   See your doctor about an examination to determine what kind of headaches you are having and learn the proper treatment.

GERD or Indigestion: Late dinner, spicy or fatty food causing poor digestion followed by midnight vomiting is possible. Headache possible due to lack of sleep. Must make a change in diet and avoid food that provoke vomiting at night,  eat early dinner, avoid large meals at bedtime, must not eat last 4 hours before bedtime, avoid spicy and greasy food, chew the food very well. If still persists see a doctor.
