Cell changes: Both of these terms can be used to describe bnign changes on a pap tst or biopsy that are not totally normal, but not cancer. They may be relatd to hormonal or inflammatory changes, but are not specific.

Nothing of concern: This is a benign biopsy of  your lymph node. The reported changes are of no consequence. Although it is not possible to be certain about what caused these changes, infection/s in the throat(which are very common in healthy adults)  is the most likely cause.

Wait/ ENT : Reactive lymphoid hyperplasia is benign and usually a response to infection. Chronic upper respiratory infections can cause lymphadenopathy. Other causes are cat-scratch disease, toxoplasmosis, and viral lymphadenitis. Reactive lymph node are usually mobile and less than 1 cm. Cancerous lymph nodes are usually &gt; 1cm and firm/fixed. If persusts much longer, follow up with ENT doc.
