3 days ive had a heavy or pressure feeling from under my breasts down to my pelvic area low back pain too  and i'm nauseous. what could cause this?

Get a pregnancy: test now.  If negative, wait a week, then check another pregnancy test.  If negative again, wait another week, check another pregnancy test.  Don't convince yourself that you are not pregnant until you have had 3 negatives in 3 weeks and your period has returned.  Otherwise it could be obstipation from gas or indigestion, gallbladder problems, acid reflux, or just muscle pulls.

have had lower back pain and now my blood results show high white blood cell count and high inflamation markers. blood pressure has been low 89/54?

?colitis with? Sepsi: History short No physical  examination
Suggestive of colon or small bowel infection,/ inflamation , with drop in BP suggesting possible  sepsis./ dehydration.
needs emergent work up and further test to confirm dx.
Need to get  GI CONSULT FOR EMERGENT work up

Hard to tell: If not feeling better with antibiotics, let your doc know. He may ultrasound you to see if you have other problems like kidney infection or stones. You could also have pelvic inflammatory disease on top of your uti.

Low blood pressure?: If you mean that your blood pressure is low, there are many reasons this can happen.  If you having body aches and shortness of breath, if you are having numbness and tingling, you may have an autonomic neuropathy.  Maybe you should see a Neurologist.

Get it checked: Back pain can be due to pain in muscles of the back or from the spine.You have had it for three weeks and feel it is internal.It may be due to pressure on the neve,Doctor will take a detailed history as to your occupation,if any trauma,when and how the pain started,if there is any radiation of pain to the legs.And an examination and if indicated you may need imaging like xrays/cat/mri scan etc.

Need  clarification: This is not a clear diagnostic clue but suggests that this needs  an evaluation. Besides  lying down what else  makes it  symptomatic. These are the clues  we need. You need to dicuss this with your physician and get  an evaluation including laboratory studies and imaging.

Chiropractor: Even as a medical physician that specializes in the spine, i suggest to all my pregnant friends and family to see a chiropractor for low back and sacroiliac joint pain when pregnant.  

As an interventional pm;r pain specialist, i treat low back and sacroiliac pain all day, but without clearance from the ob-gyn, i would not perform a simple steroid injection in the office.

Probably: branches of the nerves that go to the ovaries have nervous system interaction with the muscles in the low back. Overactivity of the internal branch may cause the external branch of the nerve to react. That can cause low back pain, muscle spasm, or stiffness.

Internal organ issue: Several of the organs in your abdomen, if abnormal, can cause pain to be :'referred' to the back.  So, it is possible to have a problem with the pancreas or liver or uterus and have pain in the abdomen and in the back, without having anything abnormal with the back.   If the abdominal and back pain goes away with urinating or passing gas, thje problem is obvious.  If not, see your doctor.
