Yes, you can: There is no drug interaction and tylenol (acetaminophen) is an effective analgesic and antipyretic, but only has minimum anti-inflammatory actions. Celebrex is cox-2 inhibitor anti-inflammatory use.

Reasonable: If no specific contraindications to Tylenol (acetaminophen), (acetaminophen) then it is reasonable.  In an otherwise healthy person, Tylenol (acetaminophen) and celebrex can be taken close together.

Pain medications: Yes, you can take tylenol (acetaminophen) in addition to a NSAID such as Ibuprofen or celebrex, but you do not want to take both medications on a regular basis. 
Often the occasional dose of tylenol (acetaminophen) will provide good relief :).

Tylenol (acetaminophen) yes: You should not take Ibuprofen with Celebrex as these are both nsaids.  This can cause stomach injury and ulceration.  Ok to take tylenol (acetaminophen) with either of them.  If the meds are not effectively managing the pain then call your surgeon.

i've hypertrophic osteoarthropathy. i'm trying to study but i've severe pain in my neck and lower back. i was prescribed 200 mg celecoxib and tylenol. now i'm getting abdominal pains probably due to celecoxib and so i've left taking. any suggestion?

: Celecoxib is a COX-2 inhibitor so it usually does not cause upset stomach but sometimes it does. Please note that we use celecoxib for patients with history of gastritis, PUD, GERD, etc. when they need NSAID. You should talk to the prescriber or you can try a histamine 2 blocker (famotidine, cimetidine) or a proton pump inhibitor (omeprazole, pantoprazole, etc.) as a trial for that side effect.

Meds: No issue if taken together, work on pain in different ways, the hydrocodone is a narcotic, Tylenol (acetaminophen) is a non narcotic pain reliever and Celebrex is a COX 2 inhibitor or anti inflammatory.  Hydrocodone can make people nauseated and tired, the other two have minimal side effects that you would feel, Celebrex could cause some swelling.

See your doctor.: Initially, there are no symptoms to the kind of damage that Tylenol can do to the liver. Although you are likely to have not done any damage to the liver if you followed the directions, it would be prudent to get some blood drawn to be sure. It is a simple blood test. If you are worried, I would try to limit Tylenol and avoid alcohol until you have the blood test. Good luck.

Sounds ok: If a person had no prior problem with taking Vimovo (esomeprazole and naproxen) by itself, or either of its ingredients by themselves; and had no problem taking Tylenol #1 (acetaminophen and codeine) by itself, or either of its ingredients by themselves; then she should be ok taking Vimovo and Tylenol #1 together. They may cause stomach symptoms. Be sure to follow one's doctor's instructions.
