See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your result are not anything to be concerned about.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Allwrgy: Need first to rule out allergy . It is the only think that could keep reoccurring that sound like like glue or cold. It could be a dust or cleaning chemical where you work out. Hydrate yourself well take Claritin during the day and Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night and drink hot green tea with lemon and honey every evening . Meanwhile check with your doctor to check thyroid and blood count and your immune system.

Sleep habits ok?: If the only thing you're seeing is fatigue, the first thing i would look at is her sleep habits. Kids her age need 10-12 hours of sleep a day. This can sometimes mean either a pretty early bedtime or a daytime nap. Make sure her sleep environment is dark and quiet, no electronics for 2hr before bed. I see she has a rash, if that is itchy it might be keeping her up at night, and should be looked at.
