Mgt: Inhalation of pepper may cause temporary broncho constriction .Some symptoms include cough, shortness of breath and wheezing.  If this occurs, please consult your PCP.

Reino or Raynaud?: "Reinosindrom"… Maybe the post is referring to Raynaud's Syndrome, or Raynaud's phenomenon, smaller arteries that supply blood to the skin constrict excessively in response to cold, limiting blood supply to the affected area. Taking Cayenne Pepper pills. Not much to go on with limited information. I'm not familiar with using Cayenne Pepper pills.  Go see your medical doctor-

Add cayenne to diet: Much better to just add cayenne pepper to your cooking. Add some spice to your life! When you take it in capsule form you miss all of the zing. Better yet get a fresh habanéro at your local grocery and add some real zing (up to 750,000 SHU) to your diet.

Not a good idea: Cayenne pepper is an irritant. If you have problems with the sphincter and the esophagus does not empty rapidly, the capsule may dissolve, releasing the pepper and causing irritation of the lower esophagus

Need Elemite: There are no effective home remedies for scabies that I know of.

I hope your physician prescribed Elemite, a topical scabicide.

You need to apply it to your entire body from the neck down, leave on overnight, and repeat the treatment in 5-7 days.  All close associates/family members need to be treated also.

You may also need calamine lotion or benadryl (diphenhydramine) to help with the itching.

It is unlikely: that Cayenne pepper would have any meaningful affect on your coronary arteries otherwise we would routinely prescribe it to our heart patients (which we don't.) You can't do anything about your genes but you an not smoke, exercise regularly, maintain a low-normal body weight and treat diabetes, hypertension and hyperlipidemia with appropriate medications if you have those disorders.
