A 34-year-old male asked:
Assuming a supplement has 100mg of cayenne pepper @ 40,000 scoville units, what would be the capsaicin content, in milligrams? thanks!

Add cayenne to diet: Much better to just add cayenne pepper to your cooking. Add some spice to your life! When you take it in capsule form you miss all of the zing. Better yet get a fresh habanéro at your local grocery and add some real zing (up to 750,000 SHU) to your diet.
