Pain: Tailbone pain can be caused by a number of factors including inflammation, fracture, injury, and tumor. The combination with stomach pressure may also be caused by a number of these things. It may suggest something systemic or something local that is causing pressure in some way. I would not hesitate to see your doctor as soon as possible to discuss your symptoms.

Yes: If the mass is big enough it could certainly do that. Hopefully you are referring to a benign mass like a fibroid. Make sure this has been  properly evaluated by a doctor and then options for removal can be discussed.
