This may be: completely unrelated to your other issues but is certainly something that should be brought to the attention of your health care provider. It sounds like the development of lymph node swelling or an infection. Either way it should be seen and evaluated. Make an appointment for today.

Go see ur FamilyDoc: Sensitivity to touch makes me think of zoster/shingles (http://goo.gl/TaqS6s). Without that, I think of pleurisy which could due to pneumonia. Perhaps you overdid one of your upper body exercise routines (although this shouldn't usually cause pleurisy or painful breathing). Bottom line, you need to see your Family Doc for complete &amp; thorough evaluation.

Hidradinitis: The most common form of armpit swelling comes from lympn gland involvement either from an infection of nodes or metastasis from chest or arm primaries.
Another cause is hidradenitis where sweat glands in the armpit get secondarily infected and can produce marked swelling .  Here antibiotic therapy is employed.

Don't ignore: If this pain is more than mild and has begun within the past day or two, it could be an acute problem needing urgent attention. An example would be bleeding into the abdomen with irritation of the diaphragm, which often causes not only abdominal pain but shoulder pain. If it has been going on for a much longer period, it is much less likely to be immediately life-threatening- but don't ignore it!

Tingling upper chest: is it front or back? Could be muscular, or even reflux or vascular.  or from impingement ( nerve irritation in shoulder/ neck disc  compression), or lesion or even TMJ Rarely MS. Could try Ranitidine(reflux)  and motrin/aleve( for impingement/muscular) if not allergic and see if helps.  Consider CXR( r/o lung/lesions) and then  echocardiogram if everything else is negative F/u/ w/ doc

A lot of things: Heart attack (although very unlikely in a 34 year old), pancreatitis, stomach ulcers, infections, hernias, and muscle spams could all cause the symptoms you described.

Possibly: Anxiety can cause excess cortisol, os adrenaline secretion which can cause a number of symptoms, including dizziness, lightheadedness, rapid heart beat palpitations, chestpain, headaches, etc.  Try calming yourself down by concentrating on slowing down your breathing over a few minutes if this doesn't help, see your primary provider for further evaluation.
