Could be many: Things from benign to very serious. Please see a specialist such as colorectal surgeon or gastroenterologist and better to be seen when actually bleeding or with a sample to be able to confirm that what you are seeing is actually blood.

Doubt its anus: At her age I suspect it is just her body preparing for puberty/menses. Girls often have clear to straw colored stains in their undies for up to 6 mo before their first menses. If she has had nipple/breast enlargement this would be part of the sequence. When the anus drains it smells like poop. The nearby location can make it confusing.

do hemorroid cause anal fisura? i have a hemorroid internal, anal itch, and now i have opening spot in anus, burns when i wash , no bleed but is open

No: Hemorrhoids are enlarged veins at the anal opening. A fissure is a tear in the lining of the skin of the anal canal. A hemorrhoid does not cause a fissure, but straining to have hard constipated bowel movements can cause both hemorrhoids or fissure. You cannot tell yourself on self-examination what you may have, and it needs a physical examination with a physician to tell.

a month ago i noticed a fixed red spot in the crease above my anus. now it looks much more faded and just a blemish of skin. it may have a hair in it? i am a white 16 y/o boy and it has never caused me pain. is it a pilonidal cyst?

: It is not. Pilonidal cyst is in the area above the tail bone. Let the area heal and dont manipulate it. If not healed see surgeon or your doc. I think you will be fine.

Ouch-it really hurts: External hemorrhoids are basically varicose-vein, and when thombosed (clotted) it sure can cause much pain in the _ _ _. This is easy excised in the office, if you r doc does it, which can relief your pain quickly. If not, topical steroid mixed with Lidocaine such as anapram can help quite a bit. Increase fibers and fluid, avoid straining, and minimize prolonged sitting. Consult doc. Good luck.

they are not uncommo: Fordyce bumps on her sebaceous glands better and the skin and though they create a small bump they are benign and of absolutely no consequence.  No one should try to squeeze them out because it can result in scarring.

Maybe fungus?: "white spots" can certainly be a yeast infection in the skin but can be many other problems.  Dermasone is a steroid and can make any kind of infection worse.  If that occurs see your doctor.

Need exams &amp; tests: Spots mean different things to different people. You need a thorough exam and serological (blood) tests for any suspected infection including Herpes.
