i have this small red non itchy bumps on my stomach and three on my back. it started on my chest and progressed. what is it?

Dermatitis?: Small red bumps could be dermatitis (skin irritation allergy) or infectious lesions (like viral zoster).  The presentation is so widely variable that the only way to properly diagnose you is to see your physician.  Your physician will want to know how long these 'bumps' have been present, if you changed soap or detergent recently, what improves it, and  seen these bumps before?  See your physician.

i have small itchy bumps with pus that looks like tiny whiteheads on my back, chest and face.  minor swelling.  allergic reaction to cold medicine?

Unlikely: sounds more like a folliculitis, which is inflammation or possible infection of hair follicles in the skin. my son has developed raised itchy bumps on his arms and legs over the last 2 days they resemble bug bites however they completely cover his extremities he does not have any on his neck face back or chest the bumps are small reddish in color and have a tin

Contact rash: With the limited information: he is itchy and the rash is not infected or sore. He sounds otherwise normal.  His rash may be a contact allergic rash.  A trial of antihistamine like Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or zyrtec may be indicated with cool compresses/soaks and topical anti-itch creams/lotions like calamine/caladryl/1% hydrocortisone.  If he appear more "ill" and uncomfortable, see your pediatrician.

Allergic reaction,: benadryl  could be helpful. If having difficulty breathing, go to urgent care/ER for possible severe allergic reaction.

Itchy rash: I suspect an allergic reaction to something that came in contact with your neck and upper chest. It could have been clothing, jewelry, perfume or cosmetics. I would add to your treatment the taking of an antihistamine like benadryl(can cause drowsiness) or claritin(nondrowsy). If the rash persists you should consult a physician or a dermatologist for a prescription strength corticosteroid ointment

Nipple Itch: common causes of nipple itch include chemical irritants, such as soap and laundry detergent, dry skin, and medication side effects. Contact dermatitis can also result in nipple itch. Depending on the cause, an itching feeling may occur in one or both nipples, and it may be accompanied by redness, pain, swelling, or discharge from the affected nipples.

Outbreaks of itchy: red bumps are very common and have many different causes: allergy related hives, especially if you've contacted something new (natural/leaves/plant or artificial/household chemicals). A red itchy rash can go along with being sick (chicken pox/impetigo) or parasites (scabies). Try some OTC cortisone cream and antihistamine for a day or two ... then to Derm if persists. Several types of inflammatory conditions of the skin, allergic reactions, and sometimes bacterial, viral or fungal infections can cause rashes on the skin. Insect bites can also be the cause of a rash on the skin.  Have it evaluated by a professional and get the appropriate treatment.

Allergy: Could be allergic or a contact like poison ivy. Don't scratch it that may lead to infection. Think if you put on anything , ate anything or contacted any allergen . Gardening?
Steroid anti itch cream is a start if continues see a dermatologist
