Fatty Foods.: Not normal to have orange oily fat in stools.  Body usually absorbs 100% of fats consumed.  There is something wrong, either medications like 'orlistat' or Alli, or deficiencies of enzymes are causing this.  Sometimes a parasitic infection can cause this.  See your doctor about it.

IBS: Your age suggests intestinal dysfunction and irritable bowel syndrome. The oily stools suggest suboptimal ability to digest fats & an inherited enzyme (fat digesting) deficiency. Perhaps you have gluten intolerance (celiac disorder), and you should see a gastroenterologist.

Bowel problems: I would worry about problems like malabsorption, or Celiac disease or even a problem with her pancreas. Has she lost weight?? I would recommend having her referred to a pediatric gastroenterologist and having a colonoscopy or at least a sigmoidoscopy to see what's going on, take some biopsies and hopefully find an answer. Possibly in the food: There are fat substitutes that are poorly or not absorbed and thus pass thru the digestive system and can be present in the stool.  A good example is Olestra, which has the same taste and mouthfeel as fat, but it passes through the gastrointestinal tract undigested without contributing calories or nutritive value to the diet.  More popular in snacks such as potato chips, it can be found elsewhere

Taking fenofibrate suggests you have high triglycerides. Do you have pancreatitis? And fatty liver or liver disease? Are you diabetic? See your doctor. It sounds like more data are needed.
