Nothing vs. somethin: It may not mean anything wrong. Certain foods can produce odor in the urine such as asparagus. On the other hand, you may have infection in your urine especially if combined with symptoms of urinary urgency, burning, frequency, pain in the abdomen or lower back, blood present in the urine. In that case, you will need to have it checked by doc.

Vitamins: b complex, multivitamins. Medications: Pyridium (phenazopyridine), certain laxatives. Medical conditions: hemolytic anemia, rhabdomyolysis, light blood in the urine due to injury, infection, or tumor.
