To see an M.D.: Several causes, for this. Unless the urine is checked and examined the patient, hard to tell.

Cloudy urine: Changes in the urine can be a sign of a serious illness or something less concerning. A medical evaluation is highly recommended. Some things that can make the urine look cloudy in a male are foods, medications, infection, retrograde ejaculation, bladder problems among others. A urine analysis is required to further determine if this is serious or not.

Urine: Usually precipitates of salts with the changes in acidity from the bladder to the toilet. If these "flakes" are in the urine without being seen in the toilet, then you should take a specimen to your doctor and have them look at it. Without seeing this it is very difficult to tell what it might be.

Here are some ...: Cloudy, chalky whit urine results from alkaline urine with amorphous phosphate crystals, resulting from what we consume, notably certain vegetables; it is harmless as long as voiding comfortably and having normal urinalysis. Pure calcium never exists, but in chemicals such as calcium oxalate, carbonate, or phosphates. More? Ask doc timely.
